I was going 65 down the highway when I saw head lights quickly approaching in the left lane. I quickly identified it as a mustang. As he was pulling up to me I heard his aftermarket mufflers resonating. The horror. He started to pass me doing 75mph and as he pulled even with me I gunned it. By the time I reached 70 I heard him floor it. As I reached 85 I pulled even with him and by 90 I was past him. We soon reached traffic and slowed down in plenty of time. I see him looking at my car with a strange expression as we slow down. I had a passenger, he did not. lol

Yes, I could hear him drop gears and step on it cause of his mufflers.
I have headers, CAI, underdrive pulleys, highflow cat and intake spacers if it matters.
Stock that mustang only has like 205hp.

Even though neither the TL nor the V6 Mustang is really a car meant for this stuff, it'd be interesting to see the results from a dig.

Imagine if you were to buy a 2010 Mustang V6 with a 4.0L V6 at 210hp, then to see ford give you the big stick up the arse the following year with a 2011 Mustang V6 with 305 HP and 6spd auto/manual gearboxes. I guess it is even worse that a stock 2011 3.7L V6 6MT Stang can hang with a 2010 Mustang GT haha! Ouch!
