I probably won't have my car by then either, lol. But keep me in mind if you're ever in a jam. Think about all of the things you can do with $100

just front, I don't think they make a rear bbk with handbrake function

eventually I want the modulo front bumper but to mod it to take the smaller grille

Tired of the typical so I don't know

going a different route with wheels because function forged doesn't seem too legit
get a cheapy set for now and get a forged set later.
help me choose......

Can't wait to see it either way

If you did go with 10 wide, wouldn't you have to do some good amount of fender work ?

all depends on the offset some you can get a way with just a fender roll I think from what I have seen

most have neg camber with 10's

I'm running 18x10 +38 in the back with only a fender roll on 245/35/18 rubber. 6pc rear camber kit, alignment set to -1.5 degrees. No rubbing.

Yeah Puppet's setup is nice. I wanted beefier tires but found a set of Pilot Super Sports that still had stickers on them for dirt cheap because the BMW M 235i owner got new wheels/tires before he even rolled off the lot lol

The rears are a tad sunk surprisingly, but mostly the angle I think. But not really. I might try 15mm spacers for shits and giggles since I have a pair, but it might overly poke at that point. I'm pretty content with how they look though.

So I'm going to order the 4th pic down today

what do you guys think about offset?
19x8.5 +40 front and +35 rear? with 245/35

I dont want major sunk look nor do I want rubbing.

+40 will be sunk for sure. +35 will be ok for fronts, but rears will still be sunk. Are any of your fenders rolled, and if not, do you plan to? IMO you won't ever achieve flush in the rears if you don't at least roll them. Fronts are fine since they're rolled from the factory.

Roll rears and go 19x8.5 +30. Puppetmaster has no rubbing in the rear with his setup after a rear fender roll.

On 245/35/19, you will be more or less exactly the same in overall diameter (including tires) as Puppetmaster being on 245/40/18. If you want to achieve a look like his, 19x8.5 +30 on your 245/35/19 will be fine (obviously your wheels will look a bit larger, and tires will be a bit thinner... but the overall diameter will be almost exactly the same).

Puppetmaster:
18" = 457.2mm
245/40/18 = 98mm of sidewall
Overall diameter = 457.2mm + 2*98mm (you will need to include the tire side wall twice when doing overall diameter) = 653.2mm

Your setup:
19" = 482.6mm
245/35/19 = 85.75mm
Overall diameter = 482.6mm + 2*85.75mm = 654.1mm

1mm difference from Puppetmaster's setup in terms of overall diameter. If this is the look you're searching for, you'll be fine.

However do note his ride height. If you plan to lower it more than he does, you may rub in the front. We can't really tell from his pics whether there's much poke up front on 18x8.5 +30, but I certainly have a bit of poke on 18x9 +30. My setup would theoretically have about 6-7mm more poke than his, but I haven't measured the exact amount of poke at my current ride height.

Lol if they do sit perfectly then maybe you can give me a nice deal on those LHD bixenons

I really want them, but I spent too much this year already . If you still have them by next year I might consider grabbing them off you. But obviously you don't wanna hold onto them for that long lol

I hate this offset stuff lol

maybe i'll just do +40/+35 to be safe ?

I can always get more headlights but price keeps going up on them slightly.
not sure if honda is doing that.

Do you wanna go lower than Puppetmaster? If roughly the same height, I say do the roll and +30; it's a nice look with the meatier tires.

I need functional and doing like puppet master

Do the +30
If it doesn't work sell them to me

Like you I hate his offset stuff
Like Dave 88 new wheels look great even with higher offset

Can you do +30 and no roll if you don't lower it enough ? Since you are at 19 and not 18 like puppet slammage might not be necessary ?

Not sure where in RI you live, but when we lived in downtown providence the roads were nasty
