I had just put tints on it after passing inspection yesterday... nice freaking way to start my freaking wednesday, how can I be happy about my tints now?

Would this be something easy to at least make look better without painting the whole bumper or replacing it? I can't wait until I find a scratched orange car around my hood

You might be surprised how much of that is paint transfer and will buff out with a machine polisher and some mild to medium polishing compound.
I've been there and it can look worse than it actually is.
Deep scratches, dent, etc, won't go away, but a lot of that Orange will.

and after you buy a bumper what are you going to do?? you know since it doesn't come painted already. Buying a new one would wind up costing you around $500 between buying it and painting it together. That should cost around $200 repainted. I would hit it with the rubbing compuond first and leave it like that through the winter cause you know some idiot is gonna f*ck it up more. reapint it in late March
