that was last year, i didnt do the paperwork about the pothole, cause its annoying n i needed a rim at that time, so i said fk it, now i just keep my stocks on til they fix all the damn potholes, these potholes r getting worse and worse, its like no one can drive anywhere, its like pacman on the damn highway

 

The thing is is that the city is not fixing the holes right they're just filling it with asphalt. You're actually supposed to sawcut the hole square put pitch around the edge the fill it tamp it down or roll it then pour pitch on the joints to seal it so water won't get under it again. But that's the city for ya "let's waste the money doing it 5x over".
