and FML they tried to swindle me
i told them when i got there that the two toyos on the front were good and if they weren't i wanted to see them. The two tires on the back were bad, chuck em.
So, my car was done and the Toyos were nowhere to be found. I was like ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm wheres my toyo's?????????
them - "oh they were really bad, really worn, we threw them out"
me - "are you kidding me? go get them!!!!! i told you if they were bad i wanted to see them"
them - "why do you need to see them?"
me - "honestly? because i know the tires were good, i had them off of my car on Sunday and i looked at them. If i have a camber wear issue in the front that is THAT bad that would wear tires after 250 miles then i need to see how bad they are because i need to determine if i need a front camber kit, THATS WHY!!!"
them - "oh, ok, ill go get them"
so he gets the tires and brings them in, sure enough they were fine, NOT worn at all! I told him this "now since you tried to swindle me out of 2 tires id love to hear you explain exactly whats wrong with these tires and why you would throw them out"
He couldnt explain and he walked away.....asshole
so i told the lady at the front desk that she should tell her manager he was lucky i was in a good mood today or else id get in my fuckin car and leave without paying. You guys tried to swindle me, maybe you would like to see how it feels? They didnt even know my name, i never signed anything and i find it hard to believe anyone was smart enough to write down my plate number!
Since im not like that tho, i paid and i left. Im still kinda mad but im just thankful my tires are on.
