that's what happens when you're not taking off at high rpms and I am guessing here.

pretty much. those are the numbers you get unless you agressively rev the s2k and then dump the clutch. you need to rev to ~6k to dip into the high 13's with that car. in doing that theres the chance of ruining your rear end and youll definitely be reducing your clutch life in the process.

You can't hold rpms when you're doing a rolling start from 5mph.

That's why I laughed. Because the larger the difference between the 0-60 and the 5-60, shows the lack of low-end torque that a car has.

well, Escort is a well respected company so I take them pretty seriously.

Also, you can always use your own timer as I plan to have it on video.
