hey guys, I got my 2012 to back in January last year and I was hoping you guys still meet up, I'd love to hear your feedback on performance mods and more importantly hear and see them. Buds ale house seems closed indefinitely as well so any suggestions?

yea...I remember, and then we went inside.

and none of us drive Acuras anymore...

and the latest mod on my car is missing the carwash for about a month.

hopefully next mod is to put the summer tires I've taken off the RL a year n a half ago.

True. 4G TL is about the last recent car from Acura I'd even consider. But probably won't get.

 

I never liked the 4G styling, and they could just add DI and boost hp to 330+

I think a dealership event should be labeled as such and of course, the fact that you work there now should be on the table as well.

Otherwise, a sponsored meet is always a great idea and if a few RLXs were on hand for test drives I can't see any harm in that...

You don't like the RLX, it would be beneath you having owned a 2G RL to test drive a FWD drive RLX again!

 

I didn't say I was going to show up...but having RLX's around may bring other people as well as customers in.

I was fairly furious when I saw 55k tech RLX without AWD and with less tech than my CMBS which stickered for the same price...the difference might be 5 years, but I would chalk up 2k for sh-awd vs kitty paws.

 

I'm teasing you bro, lol. I might start going to hooters meet again if you guys are up for it. And depending on weather I'll also consider the generations meet.

Sigh... Although honestly I'm not surprised, I've only eaten at one other Hooters near the north Jersey/NYS boarder and from what I remember the food was better there. Besides that the girls in Queens looked terrible.

037 I work for the dealership, but there no bias to this dealership. I always run into dead ends with trying new things. My general manager is getting some more publicity as a dealership but she thinks it be a cool idea to do something annually or make something known for. Possibly get more funding and feedback from corporate if this is a hit. If not things like this get buried fast.

So I do hope even tho i don't own my tsx anymore to remain a strong supporter of the Acura group.

I don't have much pull but it can't hurt to always bring up these ideas to the dealership and hey if it works nice!

 

definitely never hurts trying new things and get corporate involved. Throw in some free food and Lex will bring the entire crew with em...

 

Not sure on the free food but we have a food truck and mr.softie stopping here.
