Hey everyone, I just wanted to give a review of the recent service that Paul did to my 07 TL-S. I initially contacted him to discuss everything that I would like done as well as pricing. Paul was very prompt in his response time and I was more than happy with his prices for both parts and labor. When it got closer to my scheduled appointment, I gave Paul an initial deposit through PayPal before dropping the car off to so he could order any parts needed for the service. I dropped my car off on Saturday 4/8 and picked it back up on Sunday 4/16. I was going away on vacation for a week so it worked out well for both of us since he would have ample time to complete everything and I could pick it up after I got back from my trip. When dropping the car off Paul showed me around his garage and we re-discussed everything that I wanted to have serviced on the car just to make sure nothing was overlooked. I even asked Paul if he could save all the parts taken off the car for me and also take some pictures along the way to which he gladly did. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I'm very happy with how everything turned out. So if you're thinking of having any type of service done to your car, rest assure you're in good hands.
Here is what I had done and some pictures:
Timing belt/water pump (105k service)
Valve Adjustment
Spark Plugs
Pressure Switches
3x3 Trans fluid change
Oil Change
Fix oil leak coming from the oil pump seal

Another glowing recommendation for Paul. My passenger half shaft broke in half lots of rust and broke right by the vibration damper. Towed the car over from my office in Clifton to his garage. He knew exact what to do and at the same time he replaced my lca torn bushings swapping out both lca with all new bushings. Will not mention the price but it was great. As others have mentioned he's very knowledgeable has tons of experience and a nice guy to boot. 110 % highly recommend

Paul, are you still active
Trying to get in touch, have read a lot of great things. Lost the tranny in my ‘06 TL. Bought from my neighbor about 2 years ago. 119K miles. I’m in Westchester, hoping to be able to communicate with you. Also sent you a text. Thanks.

Is there any chance you could do an AV6 swap for a 03 Acura TL?

My 07' TLS has 152,000 miles and the front end was worn and loose. I honestly thought about selling it. Paul replaced the upper/lower control arms, ball joints, tie rods, numerous bushings, motor mounts and installed 4 new A-spec struts, etc. The car rides & feels like new again! I'm beyond happy. Paul is a real nice guy & an excellent Tech, he knows these cars inside & out and very experienced. His has a wealth of knowledge and I will also have him do work on our CRV's too. THANKS PAUL.

Shout out to Paul once again; got my lower control arms, ball joints, sway bar end links, axles and seals, and a valve adjustment done this weekend. Always worth the trip from Queens, this guy knows his stuff! Will be back most likely once I figure out what suspension combination to go.

timing belt and engine mounts
Hi how are you? I have a 2004 acura tl 6 speed and I get this intermittent episode where the car just feels like it looses power and engine brakes a little more than usual. The it will just regain power and coast with no issues. Ive replaced the IAT sensor, PCV, cleaned throttle body and map sensor and changed the app sensor as well. Also changed battery and cleaned the egr valve ( just the valve). I still feel this intermittent hesitation. The two things the car needs are the timing belt service and new engine mounts. Any ideas about the hesitation? Could it be that the timing belt has slipped a tooth. Also, what do you charge for the timing bet service and the engine mounts? Really appreciate it

Adding to this original post here-- I know Paul is banned from here but figured another positive review couldn't hurt
I just had Paul do quite a few things on my 07 TL-S 6MT. About 3 years ago he did the AV6 trans swap in my old 02 TL-S and did a great job. My 07 has almost 185k and was about due for its 2nd TB/WP. My clutch was original and not slipping, but I was getting the stiff pedal a lot times after driving on the highway or after taking off spirited. So I supplied almost all the parts, all fluids, and seals for a TB/WP, Clutch/Flywheel, valve adjustment, reseal of oil pan/oil pump, and new front motor mount. As others have mentioned, he goes out of his way to point out important things he notices. Like my underhood fuse box that was cracking due to heat so he got one and replaced it for me. He is an honest and good guy and very reasonable and thorough. I am pretty anal with my cars and do almost all work myself except for the larger things like the clutch, etc. The car runs and drives great.
