as the title suggests if someone could help me, I wanna black out my headlights but I don't have enough time/experience to do it.

I also want to install LED strips (wired to my parking lights) in the housing, but once again time/experience dictate.

I'm willing to pay (please not too too much!) and I can help, if you'd rather be paid in other things I can do that as well.

And I know! It totally sucks! Seriously, NY/NJ is close yet far for me. I get so pissed when I see all the sweet stuff you guys got going on.

If someone is willing to meet me half way or something I could probably work something out... but I can't drive to NYC or NJ at this moment :-(

Anyone from central NY help me out?!?
