3rd cat delete and NYS inspection
hey, I recently did the 3rd cat delete on my 3g tl and was wondering if those that have done it had any Issues passing NYS inspection.. and if anyone knows to what extent can we go as far as exhaust (high flow pcd) in addition to 3rd cat delete and still pass inspection
