pretty diesel price, kbb for my 06 cgp is ~22k with 33k miles. But i wouldn't pay that much if i were you...

Wow. I believe I saw a post by you in one of the other sections relating to a disappointting 1/4 mile time. I guess you were serious when you said you may be getting rid of the car. What are you looking to get? I have felt the same at times (put a ton of money into the car and it's still not THAT fast) and did look into a 5 door WRX. Tons of grunt down low, but I have been trolling their forums and lots of problems (engine, clutch, tranny, among others). Kinda scary.
