So I bought this gorgeous TLX to replace my 3GTL 6MT(Which I miss) at Hopkins Acura of Fairfield. The sales rep there, Roland Salas(Who is awesome) offered me some tickets to the IndyCar Grand Prix of Sonoma.

While doing the paperwork I brought up the local Acura Community and he mentioned being able to donate some tickets. If your interested put your name down and I can see what I can do about getting you all tix for the race(Depending on amount of people).

So when should we expect to know if the request went through? It looks like the event spans the whole weekend so would the tickets be just for 1 day?

I believe it is Sunday only. However when I get more info I will let you guys know.

I think I hit Kevin up at some time about this. I thought his wife was due about this time.

I live in walnut creek about 30-45 minutes away depending on traffic.

I would like to get there a little early. I bought a pit pass and want to check everything out before the race.

Someone just spoke up and claimed the last set of tickets.

What time should we be there? Opens a 8 or starts at 8? This is for Sunday right?

The race starts at 2 but there are events and other races before it. Here's the schedule from the website:
7 a.m. Spectator gates open
8 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Sonoma Raceway Pace Car Rides
8:30 a.m. – 9:40 a.m. World Challenge GTS Race #2
10 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. GoPro Grand Prix of Sonoma Verizon IndyCar Series Warm Up
10:45 a.m. – 11:55 a.m. World Challenge GT Race #2
12:10 p.m. – 1 p.m. IndyCar Experience
12:30 p.m. GoPro Grand Prix of Sonoma Pre-Race Ceremonies
2 p.m. GoPro Grand Prix of Sonoma (85 laps)
Approx. 4:30 p.m. Post-race and Championship Celebrations
