Jumping up a level and getting rid of my current camera. It is a Canon Powershot S5 IS. The S series camera effectively fall between the more traditional point and shoot powershots but below the Rebel SLR cameras as the lens is fixed (there are optional wide angle and telephoto adapters available though)

This is a great little camera with very good video capabilities. It features image stabilization (a must for a zoom lens like this), an ultrasonic motor and an adjustable flip out 2.5" LCD for shooting from awkward angles (great for low sweeping shots).

The camera is PERFECT (10/10, no cosmetic flaws anywhere) and includes everything you see pictured including the cables (unused) and a perfect conditioned Canon carrying case.

Great camera for anyone who wants more power then their point and shoot but doesn't have the budget for an SLR body and lenses. Very good video quality as well even at 640x480.
