New ZDX owner in Austin, Texas
Well, technically I'm in Cedar Park, but everyone recognizes Austin first. Long-time Honda owner, starting with a 2006 S2000, but first time Acura owner. We just leased a 2024 ZDX A-Spec RWD. I came from a 2018 Accord with the 2.0T and 10-speed, and I will say this, that was a very nice driving car. The ZDX is obviously different. Higher, longer, wider, heavier. But I like it quite a bit. Feels about as fast, which is fine by me. The extra money for the AWD wasn't something I wanted to spend. And I've had some very fast cars in my youth, including 80cc shifter kart racing, so you could say that is out of my system.
The first two days had some gotchas. I got it from the dealer with only 22% on the battery, which irked me. Found a nearby EVgo DC charger. First would not start. Second did, but got me to 52% and aborted. Next morning the L2 ChargePoint at work was slow but flawless. My home charger gets installed soon though. Second gripe is I cannot get walk-away-lock to work on the car. Quite annoying.
Otherwise I like the ride quality, the interior, the power, and lack of petrol. And the lease deal was great, we are saving a lot of money by leasing-then-buying over just buying (even cash), and I'll have an easy-out in 3 years if I decide to get something different.

Welcome! I love my new ZDX, the only tech issue was the Sirius repeating itself whenever I'd start up and the left LED's on the door blinking out. Both quit glitching after a bit.
Did you install a home charger? I ended up payng cash as the electricians they referred to get the $500 credit wanted 2-4k and it was only a $500 job
