Hi all,

I wrote a much longer introduction that got eaten because my login timed-out, but here's a short hello!

Just got a 2012 Acura TL SH-AWD w/ Tech package, black with peanut butter guts. Looking forward to contributing to the forum and learning what others do to:

• augment the stereo with a real subwoofer
• add interior and exterior accents
• modify for performance (ECU tuning, suspension, etc.)
• detect speed traps
• geek out about that Acura in the driveway

Welcome and good looking 4G. I has a 12 SHaWDY Advance in that color combo. It really looks good in sun or night. Are you going to keep those wheels or go to the 19's?

Nice, I wanted an Advance (A/C seats in Cali!!!), but all the ones I saw had issues! This Tech package was mighty clean except for the missing spare and toolkit, which I was able to replace for $130.

Regarding the 19" rims, I would have considered them strongly if there was even a hint of rash on any of the four wheels. As it is, the stock rims look too good to make that the leading upgrade. What upgrades have you done?

Also, glad to see someone else pronouncing SH-AWD as "shawty." I had already named the car Ms. Jackson before I noticed that "a TL SH-AWD" could be a homophone for "ATL, shawty!"
