New guy
Hello all. My name is Rob. I recently purchased a 2001 Acura TL - 's with 150k miles on it. I'm looking to have some basic work done : oil change - should I go full synthetic? New brakes and rotors, air filter, cabin filter, plugs and coils. If anyone in the Philadelphia area knows a good Acura technician.... I'm up for any suggestions. Thank you...

Welcome.
If you have basic hand tools (i.e. socket set), you can do all that yourself. Very easy. The air and cabin filters are super easy to change, as is the oil. Plenty of How-To's in the Second Generation TL (1999-2003) - AcuraZine Community section as well as YouTube.
Oil? Up to you. I can usually get synthetic for equal to or less than the price of regular (after rebate), so I use synthetic. A synthetic blend (e.g. Motorcraft from Walmart) is another option. Price pretty much determines what I use.
