New Acura Owner, Old Member of this site!

Hello all, I recently purchased a used 2010 Acura TSX as my commuter car. I am not new to the site. I was a longtime member before with my old 2G TL, CL and 3G TL years ago. But my old account is associated with an inactive email address that I could not retrieve. Glad to be back and part of this great community. I was a very active memeber back around 2003-2009. I currently commute about 150 miles per day to and from work. I am just trying to keep miles off my 2015 Lexus RC-F, hence the reason on purchasing the TSX.. The TSX is a great car! Very comfortable and pretty "torquey" with its 2.4L 4cyl~!

I belive my old username was Kramer or Kramer1

Really??! I had no idea Basque was a rare color. Guess I might need to find some production numbers, etc......

i like that car cover too. the generic one i bought at costco is loose in some areas, and then doesn't stretch all the way to the ground - windy days it even flies off! lol

You just don't see that many honestly! I almost picked one up, but opted for Crystal Black Pearl.

Yeah, my first choice would've been pearl white with black interior then black on black or silver on black.....but this was too good of a deal to pass up!

Right on man! I genuinely tried to find something with black interior as well...but couldn't find anything in my price range at the time. So I settled for CBP and Ivory interior...which gets nasty pretty quickly. EndlessRPM does produce seat covers for the front/back if yours are torn up like mine. The sides of the seats are pretty brittle.

Oddly enough, my seats are in really good shape. No tears or rips, I’ve been reconditioning them since I got it, so they have gotten softer again.

You have the exact RC-F on my replacement list when my G37 finally gives up. Love that color. Congrats!

Thanks! Yeah I used to own an IS-F in the same color years ago, but it had the Alpine white interior. Nothing better than a high revving NA V8.....so when Lexus came out with the RCF, I had to have it!

Thanks a Bunch! Yes the custom car cover comes in handy and I love the fitment. Works perfect, keeping all dust etc off the car. It was a tick over $250, custom made when ordered, took about 3 weeks. It’s super soft fleece like material on the underside. It is an interior cover, not one for all the elements......
