A new Acura enthusiast is born

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forums, and also to owning an Acura in general. I was not expecting to become an Acura owner, but I came across a well conditioned CL type R during a recent hunt for an inexpensive older model sports car. It is such a gorgeous and well crafted machine, and eventually it came down to choosing either her or a Camaro from the same model year (2003). However it was no contest, the base Camaro had nothing on the CL-R. The interior, the features, and ~ 60 more horses under the hood as well! Anyways, that's my story haha.. that little CL has won me over I plan on doing a complete restoration! My only regret is that it's an automatic transmission but maybe someday I'll swap it out with some help from you lovely folks. But that's a post for another day, for now just hello 😊

Do you mean Type S? I think the only Acura to ever come in a Type R variant is the Integra
