Arrow Longtime Honda Owner

Hi everyone.

Since 2001, I've been driving Honda vehicles. My current driver is 2006 Honda Accord EX. It's just a stock daily driver. Nothing special. 3.0L V6 5-speed Auto. What brings me to the Acura forum is I'm looking to do a couple bolt on mods with some OEM Acura parts. I joined in the hopes of getting some tips and recommendations for my projects.

Thanks in advance for all your help, GemStater

As a fellow 7G Accord V6 owner, welcome. Start with a 17mm RSB from a 3G TL

I have a few bolt ons on my Accord, but I wound up buying a TL Type S and parking the Accord for now.

Thanks! Tell me more? Is the rear sway bar a direct bolt in? What parts would I need? Rear only? Nothing to gain from a front sway bar swap?

Rear is a direct bolt on. Some say you need emdlinks but didn't get them. Front is a nightmare, subframe has to come off.

Maybe get coilovers if you're up to that. Better than dropping the sub IMO

Wow! That's crazy.

I do see a Type-S RSB package in the marketplace. May have to think about that...

The main priority issue I'm trying to solve right now is my factory 17" wheels have developed corrosion under the clear coat and look horrible. Looking to source OEM wheels at a price less than aftermarket prices. Love the TL Type-S wheels in Charcoal. But looks likes those are hard to come by and people asking a mint for them.

Good mod but 20mm might give you a lot of oversteer
