Help pricing a 03 acura six speed

Hey guys wondering if I could get some info as to whether you think this is a fair price for an 03 acura cl type-s six speed. The guy wants 5400 (firm), has brand new tires on it, over all pretty clean inside and out. Has nav and onstar aswell. 120k miles, timing belt done and up to date on maintenance. There is a ding in the door aswell as a spot on the front door where I guess there was a very minor collision and the front bumper has some pretty bad paint chipping from highway driving. Should mention some very minor curb rash on a couple wheels. It is red with tan interior. I really like the car but 5400 seems a bit high for what is still a 15 year old car and while I know what he has I feel like its just not that highly sought after of a car (except to a few of us) and if I go to resell it won't be able to even get what I paid for it back. It is 100% stock which is a plus for me aswell. The car is for sale in Georgia. Hoping to hear from some people who have searched for these cars before and can que me in on whether this is a good price on the car and if its worth the buy. Previous owner of an 01 cl-s in white by the way and always dreamed of having one with that six speed.

FWIW: $5400, would be a very fair price, for a RUST FREE, Georgia 6 speed, Low Mileage Coupe, IN GREAT CONDITION, with all maintenance, up to date. HOWEVER, it would take at THE VERY LEAST, a GRAND, to bring this car UP TO SPEED! So, lets say you have $6,000.00 total, invested in this car, and you decide to re-sell it. Contrary to your statement, " I feel like its just not that highly sought after of a car ", IT IS A GREAT, DURABLE, POPULAR, highly sought after car. Regardless, would you pay 6 G's for one. Unlikely. I believe, there are people, that would, but, it might prove to be a TOUGH SELL. If I were looking, for this Exact Car, would I pay $5400? YES, I would. Its VERY difficult to find a really DECENT one!

I agree with Frank, all factory 6MT cars sell at a premium as they are nearly as rare as unicorns. If you lower your requirements to an automatic CL Type-S, you can easily get one for less money.

Thanks for the input guys, maybe can talk him down a little bit if I could get him down to 5 I feel like that would be a very fair price. I guess just finding the right buyer would be a struggle if I go to sell it in the future but I'd just love to be able to drive it a while myself. Should of taken some pics, unfortunately I didnt
