Greetings everyone
I've been a browser on this forum for about six years, which is how long I've had my '05 TL 6MT.
From those of you on this forum I learned to use GM friction modifier in my tranny, which was grinding and popping out of gear just like a lot of others.
I also learned how to swap my Bluetooth module after reading it here. There are many other things I've discovered here and I'm grateful.
THANK YOU!!! So glad to have this forum!
My car is still in good shape and we're getting ready to do the timing belt, water pump and some other maintenance ourselves.
I still love my car, but I'm getting the itch for a '14. VERY hard to find one in good shape with a 6MT... I reallyyyy should just keep mine.
At any rate, I joined so that I can ask questions if necessary on the 05 timing belt procedure, and to learn as much as possible about my next *new* TL.

There are a lot of former TL owners that say the same thing... After they've sold.
Keep it forever! Resales got to be rock bottom by now, so keep it and get another car as well. Best of both worlds and then when you realize the old car is still better than the new one, you're still golden.
Welcome and happy (continued) motoring!

Nice and clean NBP. I just got my timing belt done late last year. Still going strong!! I was going to say welcome, but geez, you've been a lurker for so long, you're like a veteran.
