Welcome.
Interesting; I didn't know the third gen Acura TL was ever sold in Asia. Based upon your picture it looks like you have a 2006 model in Royal Blue Pearl; is your car an automatic or a 6-Speed manual?

This cutey came from US in 2011. It is black, colorized due photo filter (it's like #nofilter ) model 2004 (it's an automatic). Sent it to car shop today/ got some refreshments for TL. Mostly Acura were sold in US and Eroupe, but not many. In Asia, Acura is limited edition especially for spare parts not easy to get needed one. In spite of that, it's ball of fire

Don't do one of those "power adding" chips. They either don't work at all, or do more harm than good.
I believe the Hondata may be able to do tuning on the 2004-2005 but only for the manual if I remember correctly. Someone may be able to chime in as to other options. However, it's best to do a tune once you've done some of the bolt-ons like exhaust and intake.

the mileage 142k. Repair doesn't cost much, problem is to get spare parts, the only way is to purchase online, and wait for long time, today just found oxygen sensor from Germany, thanks my auntie is coming this weekend and she'll bring it.

If the Oxygen sensor is a Bosch brand, do not install it; there are lots of reports of them not playing nice with Honda engines. You're much better off buying either a sensor directly from Honda, or a Denso branded sensor.

I have read somewhere about bosh, seems that sensor is Bosch one. Hope she hasn't bought yet need to ask for denso, I found secondhand one from US not sure which state, it's from same Acura TL, after an accident, if no in Germany then go for that sens.

Hi to all,
It took me about 3 weeks to complete all restoration, so far have changed many things like engine mounts, plugs, cleaned atomizing nozzle, some stabilizer bushing, only left is oxygen sensor which is on the way from US to my country, (hope it will help to reduce consumption (current mpg is about 17) feels like it is too much :P )
IN spite of all investments, ACURA gives only positive feeling.

Tire pressure is good and where it should be? Are you calculating your MPG manually or relying on the MID. If the latter, are you resetting the MPG calculation when you refuel? Just trying to rule out some of the obvious.

About tire pressure, haven't cheked, I guess as recommended, 32psi and 35 ps(if not mistaken). for mpg relies on PC pc display. once reset, then haven't. today have refueled, will rest and check.

I got my 2004 TL as a 2 year old (the car, not me) with around 38k on it, and now, 11 years later, still running good, with regular maintenance and now it has 260k+ miles. It has not let me down!
You should have a long time of enjoyment out of your new "old" Baby!
FYI - I have had a few moderate issues recently I wish I was previously aware of, like:
Both front seats are totally worn and leather ripped open, I had to get seat covers. I wish I would've got covers to protect them before they got so bad, or otherwise protected them.
Dash is cracked in a few places now, and again, I wish I would've protected it a long time ago with a cover or took better care of it somehow.

Wow, that sounds low; the worst I've gotten is 27 mpg which included trips in and out of Boston (and all of the stop and go traffic that entails).
