and 6 flags. it was awesome. we left long island (pretty much by heckscher park) at 745am. made it pretty much to 6 flags at 9, stopped got breakfast, bullshitted, then got to the park at around 10am. they open at 1030.

didnt do the safari since i had my tl.

if u get there after 12, get the flash pass. from 1030-1 we did 75% of all the rides, there were barely any lines, but after 1 we started getting slowed down. but it wasnt bad.

do all the rides, ESPECIALLY EL TORO!, only ones i didnt go on were kingda ka(it was closed that day), and superman had "technical difficulties", they opened superman later in the day but they only had 1 coaster thing going, instead of 3

before we left we did congo rapids, which was SICK. but kinda go soaked. we left the park at 330pm and got back to my house at 7ish. make sure u have some sort of energy drink. i was almost falling asleep on the way back, i was beat.

oh and buy cheap sunglasses from the rest stop on NJ turnpike

and parking at the park. if u get there early, there is no need to pay for "preferred" parking or whatever it is. but if u get there late its a good idea

BBQ'ing would definitely be more cost-effective and probably more fun than a restaurant. I'll kick in $10 for the cause. As far as dranks, I've definitely gotten crunk at Scalzi before, and I think people were pouring drinks into red cups. That's definitely the safer way to do it, so if people are bringing booze, make sure to grab some Solos as well (note: not Acurazine Forums Poster Solo, but red Solo brand cups).

Right off of exit 58 on the merrit, there is a large commuter lot that would make good for meeting. its also pretty central to orange, derby, ansonia, new haven, woodbridge etc. if your coming from new britain, id say its about 45 minutes down the merrit. so 1045 meet up time there? if we can get a group of people together for it that is..
