No set price as far as how much each person should bring, that is up to each individual.

What I can tell you is that there will be a cost for the following (approx $)

Cruise for a Cause - $10/car

Food - Burger - $2.50
- Hotdog - $1.50
- Pop/Water - $1

Motel - $50-$60/night(depending on how many rooms are needed)

We will be having a BBQ, but if people want to bring their own food, that is fine.

I will be the "Chef-Boy-R-Dee" of the Event, and if people want to bring other food to BBQ, that is fine as well.

Concrete pricing will be known shortly, we are still working out some details of the Event.

All info will be posted on the CanAm Website and Forum, once confirmed.

If you want the cheap rooms that will be available through a TAC member, just show up Friday night and they'll have you covered. But it would be nice to have an accurate head count of how many people need rooms.

Register on the CanAm forum, but the CanAm website isn't fully functional yet, some updating still needs to be done before we start registering under the ATTENDING tab of the website.

Jon, the roads are mint. The NY state thruway is actually pretty well maintained. No one had any problems with roads until Canada. haha. Keep it lowered.

Mike not sure where I'm staying yet. The rooms are, um, barebones. Basically you get a bed and a bathroom. lol.

But we obviously won't be in our rooms hardly at all. So I'm debating if it would be worth it to stay at a nicer place for a lot more money or stay at the Happiness Inn for ~$25 a night if I split it with someone.
