Based on geography, I have tried multiple times to make purchases at what used to be Clair Acura in Walpole, MA, but I always got the run around from them. Clair became Prime and somewhat recently moved out of Walpole to Westwood. I have not been into Prime Acura in their new location in Westwood, but it looks super nice. If you are interested there is a Mercedes Benz and Audi dealer (all under the Prime umbrella) nearby.
I wound up purchasing at Acura of Boston.

A little late to the conversation but I first went to Sunnyside Acura in Nashua (closest to my house) but had some issues with the service department. Since then Ive been going to Acura of Peabody with no complaints
