Allegedly, this is more to do with individuals within Waltrip Racing than Toyota itself.

When the time comes for Ferrari to become the 2nd place volume sales leader in the US, it too will be in the hot seat for cheating. But meanwhile, people tend to forget what the small Ferrrari did.
