Isotta Fraschini, has revealed a fully built Tipo 6 LMH Competitzione in Milan today. The first car is now ready for further development work and testing ahead of the brand’s planned FIA World Endurance Championship top class programme, which is due to get underway later this year.

May have something to do with the fact only manufacturers that have produced cars in certain amounts be allowed to enter.

The Vanwall controversy doesn't seem to be tied to any actual road cars, and this Isotta Fraschini team doesn't even have a related website let alone any production cars.

I didn't mean homologated race cars, I meant no 2 hit wonder manufacturers with 2 chassis and that's it.

I watched it nearly from start to finish and agree 100% with your thoughts on Toyota. Those cars need weight added and/or restricted more to level the parity across the field.

Isn't the Toyota Hypercar essentially a detuned LMP1 car? Maybe that gives the car an underlying advantage?
I think I heard during the race that BoP has been finalized all the way through Le Mans. I wonder if FIA will have to reconsider that with the total dominance by Toyota.

Guy in yellow rain coat doesn't even realize that there was a crash in spite of being in the 2nd or 3rd row of the grandstands at Eau Rouge.
