Like I posted in the Motorsport section, these rules changes have ruined it.

It's not even about who the best driver is or about the fastest car. I don't consider people passing each other while refueling exciting at all. Have you seen the races during the mid 90s when winning a race actually consisted of passing someone during a race?

These "tactics" races have gotten really boring.
