Bradl moves to Gresini Ducati. Good for him.

Yeah, that was pretty bad. Also Honda apologized due to throttle malfunction causing the crash.

Another easy win for Marquez at Indy.
Another cringe worthy coverage by Fox. Can't wait until the next race when the world feed comes back.

Who was that woman? She couldn't even pronounce the riders names correctly. It was like the first time she saw a MotoGP race.

Also felt like Shaheen and Schwantz were reading from a script. When there was a pass on the track, it took them 30 seconds before they realized what happened.

It was very clear throughout the race that Marquez was much faster than Lorenzo and he was just waiting to make a pass. But the commentators seemed completely oblivious to that.

^ Marc with the new bike 2014/2015 hybrid configuration is back. He never looked uncomfortable and yeah was just bidding his time to pass Lorenzo.

Marc will need the other two to have several DNFs. If it does happen, then it will be one of the biggest comebacks ever.

The season is only around half way, so theoretically, probably everyone is mathematically still alive.

In reality, even if Marquez wins every race, and Lorenzo finishes second, Lorenzo will still win the championship. Marquez had too many DNFs the first half, so unless Lorenzo and Rossi does the same in the second half, it will be very difficult for Marquez.

It is but this is how it I think it will work out, Yamaha has two riders going for the championship but Honda has only one. So far Dani has not been a factor but I think Jorge and Valentino will fight it out in the Yamaha camp grabbing points from each other as well as Marc. Curious to see how this season ends

Not gonna lie. I fell asleep during the Brno race.

At least Lauda found it exciting.

Yesterday was the first time I saw an article about this.

Hitting the Apex [Blu-ray] [2015]: Amazon.co.uk: Valentino Rossi, Brad Pitt, Marc Marquez, Jorge Lorenzo, Mark Neale: DVD & Blu-ray

Brad Pitt lends his voice on the trailer of Hitting the Apex, the upcoming MotoGP movie charting the careers of six racers. The film focuses on the battles, triumphs and personalities of Casey Stoner, Dani Pedrosa, Jorge Lorenzo, Valentino Rossi and also the rise of Marc Marquez.

It also examines the dangers and sacrifices of the sport, telling the story of the talented Marco Simoncelli's rise through the ranks to MotoGP and his sad death at Sepang in 2011.

The premiere takes place at the Silverstone MotoGP round on Friday, 28 August and will be shown in selected cinemas from 2 September.

Actor Pitt is a self-confessed Rossi fan and has been spotted supporting his hero at MotoGP rounds across the world... perhaps he should try entering this competition.

Can't wait to see it. Hopefully it will be as good a "1", the F1 documentary narrated by Michael Fassbender.

Have to admit now, that Marc's championship chances are over now.
Rossi really surprised me this year, the old doctor still's got it

Yup. It was a long shot for Marquez. He needed to be 100% perfect to win the championship, so he had to go for it.

Looks like you'll only have one chance to listen to the Fox Sports team next season. Indianapolis has been replaced by Austria on the 2016 tentative calendar. Circuit of the Americas is the only US race.

What in the world was Lorenzo and Rossi thinking not to pit? I guess they were too concerned with shadowing each other that they got brain fade. At least Marquez finally got the message and pitted. If he waited another lap, maybe Bradley Smith would have won!

Lorenzo and Rossi are racing fiercely against each other for the points and the championship title.

Everything else, even with Marquez winning that race, is unimportant to them.

Wow, great finish for 2nd place at today's race.
Good to see Dani still has it, and the fight with the Doctor was pretty epic.

Super battle for second. Rossi must have thought that he finally made the pass stick on the last lap and then ZOOOOM goes Pedrosa.

Yes, stayed in MotoGP too long.

Are there any great American riders in the pipeline? AMA Superbikes used to be awesome, but that's been dead for years.

Patrick Jacobsen is an American that races in World Supersport. He has been doing really well since switching to Core Motorsport's Honda team, and will finish the season 2nd overall. I was hoping that one of the Moto 2 teams would bring him over to the GP series next year, but he is going to remain in WSS.

^ I agree that's it's really important to get into Moto2 not only for learning the tracks but also the bikes which lend themselves more to MotoGP than the World Supersport bikes.

What a race at Philippe Island. I wonder what Marquez's final lap time was and how did Lorenzo lose the race. Did Lorenzo fall asleep because he thought he was far enough ahead?

^^^^^

Every finishing point counts.

Marquez has nothing to lose since he is out of the championship battle.

But Lorenzo couldn't afford to crash out and lose those valuable 2nd-place 20 pts which are needed to catch up to Rossi.

Lorenzo was smart not to tangle with a fearless man.

It was a great race. Marquez had the fastest lap of the race on the final lap, 1'29.280. Lorenzo's fastest lap was 1'29.711. Poor seagull.

Yup. Lost huge respect for Rossi today. He got off way too light. Rossi should have been excluded from the results.
