MotoGP: 2009 World Championship
Don't forget, the first race of the year is this weekend.
Those that live in the US, the race will be on Speed at 10pm ET on Sunday.

Can't wait. MotoGP press release said every event will be televised live on Speed, and the 2 US races will be live on FOX. It's about time someone realized the importance of seeing the Doctor perform surgery live.

10PM doesn't sound like it's live.

Saw the replay yesterday. Good racing...except up front.
I hope this race isn't going to foreshadow the season, otherwise it's going to suck.

I agree, better be better racing here on out. Stoner and Rossi all season isn't gonna be that fun. It's like watching Mladin and Spies last year...you don't even get to see them ride b/c the action is in the back. The 250 race was more exciting.

I hope Pedrosa gets better soon.
Why isn't Spies in MotoGP?

Shuhei Nakamoto, the new Vice President of the Honda Racing Corporation, believes that Honda must accept full responsibility if Dani Pedrosa does not win the world championship this year. When Honda builds a better and faster bike then Pedrosa will win, according to Nakamoto.
“If Dani does not win the world championship it is Honda’s responsibility, not Dani’s,” Nakamoto said. “This is the Honda way. If we win the championship then the rider is good, if we don’t win the championshipthen bike is not good --- this is the Honda way.”
The new policy from Honda, unknown to previous HRC riders who were often blamed for not winning, has started with the return of Nakamoto to HRC management.

^^^^^ Agree. Rossi is the best MotoGP champion. HRC shouldn't have let him go.

Good race at Jerez, with Rossi's first win of the year. Three races and three different winners.
Hayden looks completely lost.

Nice guy but I wonder now if he'll even make it through the year before being replaced. Kinda like the downhill slide Roberts Jr. had.

It doesn't seem to matter who rides the Ducati, unless your name is Stoner, it's going to kill your career.
