Mazda 787B

I came upon this rare footage of this car. It could be the greatest sounding engine ever...the scream of the engine
Mazda could have gone to Formula 1 with this thing.

Great video. What a glorious sound. And look at that full field of prototypes.

Makes me sad for the present day.

F1's governing body is backing development of a "sound generator" to spice up the muted tones of the current generation of power units.

^^^ Seriously?!?!?! WTF! is wrong with them.

Makes me so sad when I watch older races that I didn't get into F1 much sooner than 4 years ago.

Oh and the Mazda sounds awesome.
