Doesn't work that way, though being Tifosi I wish it did. The 2005 cars have roughly 25% less downforce and as I read the test reports he was in a complete F2004 not the 2005 compliant F2004 chassis. Ferrari has delayed their F2005 and plans to run a updated aero package on the old chassis at the beginning of the season.

Just confirmed MS was using a 2004 aero package due to low grip levels in Spain because the track was recently resurfaced. I think that was done because it was M. Schumacher's first day back in the car.
