Cool to see the professor back in a F1 car

The modern, electronic-dominated F1 car must be like the spaceship Enterprise, when compared to the manual-labor F1 car during his decade-old F1 career.

^ somewhat but the last car Prost drove (FW15) was actually more advanced than today's F1 cars in some area's. It had active suspension, traction control, and ABS. It also had a semi-automatic gearbox as today's cars.

FW-15 was such a sweet car. One of my all time favorites.

Absolutely F-C, absolutely. I always thought it was hysterical that SEGA had the cartoon feet on the side of the cockpit painted there for sponsorship. I saw Prost (my all-time fave) in Montreal one year walking through the crowd about 5 years after he retired-no one seemed to know who he was but I did and got his autograph and pic. Dude comes up to my armpit, maybe.

Same here, my favorite F1 cars
Lotus 79, 98T
McLaren MP4/2, MP4/4, MP4/6
Williams FW7, FW11, FW14, FW15, FW17
Ferrari 312T4, 126C2, F2000-2004 series
The Prof is pretty short, the smallest driver I ever saw in the garages at Detroit.
For a long time the French press kinda diss'ed Alain. He said this in some F1 interviews (available on YouTube) and the reason he moved his family to Switzerland (plus the low taxes). However recently the French have re-embraced him.
BTW Photo Gallery of the Prof driving the RB6!
