I am making a clarification on Rule #5. This is to address post race penalties.
For example. If Hamilton wins a race, but a week later, the FIA imposes a penalty on Hamilton for passing under yellow flags and drops him five places, we will also reflect that ruling in our standings. However, if the penalty is given after 2 weeks, then we will not adjust the results for our standings.
Another example. If Piquet Jr. deliberately crashes to allow his teammate Alonso to win a race. Subsequently, a year passes and Renault is found guilty and all of Renault's points for the year are taken away, I will not adjust the results.
5. Points calculation will be as follows: Drivers picked for the event will receive points as classified by the FIA after the race results are confirmed. Teams picked for the event will receive 1/2 points as classified by the FIA after the race results are confirmed. (Even if the race finishes prematurely and the FIA issues 1/2 points, we will still award full points for the purpose of this competition.) In the event that the FIA makes post race penalties, the statue of limitations is 2 weeks from the end of the event or prior to the start of practice of the subsequent race, whichever comes first.

If it never comes to the US then I'll be going to Canada! But that is after I graduate and have a job because this trip will not be cheap!
Spain is going to be an interesting race, Schumacher will have a new chassis, Red-Bull and other teams will be running Mclaren's F-duct. I dunno if Ferrari had the F-duct on their cars in china? I think Schumacher had it, but not sure for Rosberg.

In 1998 my wife and I were going to go to Spa-Francochamps race but our passports didn't arrive in time so we went to Monza. If we'd have gone to Spa, we would've witnessed Coulthard taking out 17 cars on the opening lap on the run down to Eau Rouge. Glad we didn't go cuz at Monza, Schu/Irvine came in 1-2 for Ferrari and it was like the second coming of Christ and totally amazing.

We have a new leader, uzzmaan! He just squeezes past speed. However, if the Schumacher appeal is successful, the revised results will push speed back to the top with a 3 point lead.
