Anyone use this site to pay taxes? I owe a few hundred to the State and figured why not get the AmEx points by paying it with American Express.
Anyone use this site or recommend another one?

Good question. I use TT. I've gotta finish up my taxes this week.

Did some quick on this.
Turbotax uses officialpayments.com for the Federal. They charge the same 2.49% that officialpayments.com charges if you use their website.
According to this website http://support.turbotax.intuit.com/c...va=1959&srn=4# you can't use Turbotax to pay NJ state via credit card. Turbotax says goto the NJ state website to pay. I checked it out and the state will charge you 2.5% to use their website. They probably use officialpayments.com too.
It seems that if you do a direct debit from a checking account there is no fee.
So if your points are worth more than 2.5% go for it, otherwise do a debt from your checking account or mail them a check.
