When you are sellin solid amounts of gold, do people buy it according to the days market price? If so how much could i get for 30 grams of 24k gold.

it's kinda like baseball cards...the "market price" is what you can expect to pay for it, a dealer will give you a fraction of the market price so they can mark it up and still make a profit. all depends where you go to sell it and what the market forecast is looking like

What kind of coins?

Usually the coins are worth as much as the gold is.

I sold 3 $50 Liberty Coins for ~$2k on ebay.

Couple things if youre going to do it this way: Get funds in advance with paypal. No excuses. Also require insurance. It was like $60 but I made the guy pay it. I also packed it like a mad-woman.
