To verify, go to www.hsbcdirect.com, click on start application, then click on next step, then choose the "Terms and Charges" next to "Online Saving Account", then a PDF will show up, READ THE BOTTOM PORTION!!!!
Good thing I read the fine prints.
Let me know if I am wrong. BTW, the PDF Disclosure is different for different accounts, so this disclosure form is for Online Saving Account.

Also, if you read the regular Disclosures for Online Saving Account, there is following statement:
****************************
FUNDS TRANSFERS FEES
Except as otherwise agreed in writing, the Bank may charge your account for the fees and charges for processing Payment Orders and issuing advices relating to Payment Orders, listed in the Terms and Charges Disclosure as the fee for Funds Transfer.
****************************
Sneaky, huh? They want you to read the "Terms and Charges Disclosure" form to find out exact fee... which is the form in my last posting.
Man, I am sticking with EmigrantDirect.

Same here, and I have the Personal Internet Banking terms and conditions booklet they sent me in front of me, and it clearly says that there are no transfer fees.
