Dropbox stock gains after analyst upgrade

Shares of Dropbox Inc. are up 3.7% in premarket trading Wednesday after Jefferies analyst John DiFucci upgraded the stock to buy from hold. The upgrade was "based entirely on valuation," he wrote, following a price decline of roughly 16% in the past few days. DiFucci also is upbeat about new subscription plans that could deliver significant "pricing uplifts," though he notes that Dropbox is still early in the process of converting users to these new models.
