Had a ~$5 charge on my card a few weeks ago. Charge was made in GA. Got an email and a phone call the same day asking if I made the charge. I did not and they immediately cancelled the car and overnighted me a new cars.

Since it was fraudulent I guess they figured better safe then sorry.
I think I'm on my 5th card number since I started with them. Lost 1 card other 4 were a result of fraudulent charges.
I'm closing in on 1 million AmEx points since I started.

Card member since 2005. I highly recommend the Costco/Amex card if you're a Costco member. I have had cards replaced for fraud and the overnight delivery is very much appreciated. The AMEX web site and customer support is very good as well.
The Costco/Amex rewards card is great- I usually get $400-800 back each year.
