Yes those are good tips indeed- the world would be a better place if everybody did those tips.

I do tips 7,12 pretty well and can certainly work on the others ones. I like tip #1 a lot of stopping at periods of time and thinking about stuff- that is a good one and something I tend to do only at my wits end- better to do that in the beginning. Tip #11 is also one I want to do a better job on as well for having an agenda when meeting with people- that's a good one too.
