Who's going to step up to the plate and plan something then?? We need to set a date! Unless everyone wants to drive down to Rochester, it's kinda hard for me to plan something up in the Cities!

I can start things off by at least throwing a date out there....how about Sunday, July 13th? Anyone willing to host?

Sounds good; let us know if you can host. We can always do something at a park or something if someone can bring a grill out.

The alarm kept getting triggered last weekend, came home to a dead car - Charged it up, no problems all week. Dropped it off at the dealer to have codes read, no alarm codes but they got a couple other codes (B1010, B1005, and B1006), all with the MICU unit.

Car was fine all week, heavy rain on Saturday set it off, so I'm guessing there is a leak somewhere. I got the car in the garage and disconnected the battery yesterday. Connected the battery this morning and after about an hour my HID's were flashing for no reason, along with my sped and tach gauges (keys weren't in the car, nothing should have triggered it).

Battery is sitting out of the car right now until I can get it back in the shop for more diagnosis. I'm pretty much fed up with it at this point.

Alignment Shop Recommendation

White Heat is sitting on coilovers with both front and rear alignment kits. She is lowered right now, but I want to go lower to eliminate wheel gap. However, when she sits that low, I am unable to drive her to an alignment shop without tearing up the tires. To the people with lowered vehicles, what have you done when you lowered yours and got it aligned? Also, who do you recommend for doing the alignment?

This means your to low fro the offset on your wheels. you might want to take it in and have them drop to its limits. There is a person call the Alignmet guy Josh took his car to him and he was satisfied. I bring mine to the dealer WBA and have Joe do it.

do your own alignment first(adjusting your camber arms to where you're not rubbing and eyeball your toe) and test drive around the block to see if its ok to drive, if it is then drive is carefully to the closest alignment shop with an in ground rack and let them know what you need done. I have lifetime alignments at tires plus. I don't mess with my camber though because I don't need to so I just usually have them do my toe. It depends on who and where you go though, some guys will be dicks and won't do your alignment though, just call around and ask. I usually go to the tires plus in Woodbury, those guys are usually cool.

Don't you have that extended warranty. That should cover any expense. The only out of pocket is your deductible. Take it to the dealer and do a Max. Leave it there until they fix it . Meanwhile you could be pimping most of the Summer in a loaner Acura

What lights do you want to switch over to LED's? I've used VLEDs several times, and would recommend purchasing from them.

You can always go to the link below to find out which bulb types you need for the various locations.

I'm down for whatever. If you're willing to host we can BBQ at your house then.

If people would rather just meet somewhere, and then cruise to BWW or something that's cool too. We could even meet at your house and cruise to BWW.

What does everyone think??

Kbb quoted 7500ish for very good condition. I would ask for that price if my car is bone stock.

I would say, list it for 8500-8900 and see what interest you get. Mods don't get you that much more money on your car; if anything sometimes. But with your wheels/tires being almost brand new that should add some value. Is your maintenance up to date, and does it have a clean CarFax?

Just be sure that you know what your bottom line price is, and then let the negotiating begin.

Good luck with your sale if you do put it up!

It does have a clean carfax according to what Bloomington Acura showed me when i bought my car there. I listed 9500 on carsoup to see what i get, but most dealers on carsoup are asking for way more for higher mileage.
