I'll remember but I don't think I will be selling it any time soon. Have you looked up on the black market. I thought you had a type-S.

I believe it's in the $3000 range. Have a look over here for a parts list. (not sure if it's complete, but it looks pretty close)

Well Max and Travis responded but you let it fall through because you did not post time or place I was going to attend but only had the day. It's alright shit happens. Has any one been in contact with Joe. I have tried for three month. I think he's either upset with me or avoiding me. I do not know if I did anything wrong but I have tried to contact him but no reply. Hey Pineapples are you guys around. Yes Mike that means you too. Well I will be coming in here more often. The good weather should be here soon.

WOW! The meet didnt happen just like the gypsy woman said. If you watch Archer congratulations if you got that. Oh well who am I to talk I forgot all about the meet till about 3pm Saturday as I was getting caught up on Homeland, Nurse Jackie and Raising Hope on In Demand. Jorge don't take Joe not getting back to you to seriously I asked him a question on this board and sent a PM and he never got back to me on either. As far as I know I have only occasionally interacted with Joe so I don't think he'd have a reason to be mad or ignore me. So maybe he's just busy.

Your probably right but 3 months I don't think calling someone back or texting back " I am busy I'll try to get back to you soon" that phrase took 5 seconds. Oh well life goes on.

By the way, for any of you auto guys, I've got a set of 6-MT FSB and RSB that I'd pretty much give away just to get them out of my garage. Comes with bushings and brackets. Anyone interested?

How much would you want for it? I've been wanting to get a RSB, but I've read you need to also upgrade your FSB to get the full effect.

$25 for the pair sound good to you? Any sort of shipping would be extra. They have a little under 60k on them.

I really don't want to ship them because of their awkward size, but if you're willing to pay for it, I can't argue with it. I'd also be happy to bring them along to a meet-up sometime.

I can take them. I have no real need for the RSB though since I'll probably be getting a progress one anways.

There is a DIY in the garage section on fender rolling. Doesn't look to complicated.

Thanks I didn't realize there was one. I watched a few youtube video's where they were using a baseball bat. lol that didn't look like something I wanted to attempt on my TL.

Hey guys, my clutch pedal is feeling a little stiff lately. I checked my fluid levels and filled the reservoir but it still seems a bit stiff/slow to return back to position. What can I expect to hear from a shop? Its an 07 type s with almost 76k miles.

^ When something like that happens it's the clutch going out. But without further details it could well just be the slave cylinder as my guess. Then check your Master cylinder. With these two looking fine, go straight to bleeding the clutch. Watch for leaks. Another problem I could think of would be the throw out bearing going bad.
If you haven't driven the car for some time, you can expect delays of clutch pedals... which I assume you drive your car as a daily driver?
Think this would be all I could think of.

Thanks! A new problem has developed. I got my car back last night from a valet service and as the car was pulled up, it just reeked something fierce. I have no idea what it was from... a few min's later the check engine light came on. Drove from MPLS home to Blaine and the smell was still somewhat there. On the phone with the dealership now to get it in. Ugh...

The car seem to have low miles to have these problems. I never trust valet. I've known a few people who valet in downtown and they abuse their customer's cars. Might want to see what the dealer will say back once they check your car. A good one is to record the action when it's being valet. Put it in your arm rest or in the glove compartment. Good evidence to sue if it's them.

I got my car back from the dealership the other day. They said the smell was coming from the transmission, but the clutch checks out ok. I can't recall what they said the CEL was for but they cleared it & updated CPM (I think that's what they called it). They also said that because my car has illegal window tint they couldnt take it out of the parking lot to test it too much... lame. Anyway, I've driven this car for the last 6 years and lately the clutch pedal feels different -- its a bit more 'gummy' feeling, it doesnt snap back as quickly. Are there any reputable shops anyone can suggest I possibly bring it to, to get checked out? In the last couple of days while driving, when I let the clutch out because it doesnt snap back as quick the engine revs high for a quick second until the clutch is fully engaged... wtf is going on? Any advice is much appreciated, thanks!
