Only a few more days....want everyone to have a SAFE drive in, and on our drive out to Dave & Busters, (no need to break the sound barrier) ... Thank you for everyone that has registered already...we can still add more.....I will have the T-shirts & lanyards w/me on Saturday so for those that come we can get them handed out early!
We also wanted to include 4 vouchers (for each paid contestant) that can be used for (4) drinks (non-alcoholic) from the Acura VIP Lounge inside the dealership!
Sunday...remember gates open at 10am
BBQ will be available starting at 11:30 .....raffles/prizes given away every 30 minutes starting at 12:30!

Saturday Afternoon Activities
Lets plan on meeting at the host hotel (The Clarion) at 11:30 and roll out around 12, then we can leave to go to Buffalo Wild Wings from there and grab a bite before go karts. Then we will hit up Sadlers after we eat.
I would like to wrap up sometime around 3-4 so people can get ready and/or get their cars cleaned up for later that evening. Myself and Eric (SiverSVT) are heading up the afternoon activities so PM one of us if you have any questions.

Friday Evening Activities
Meet at 6:30pm at the host hotel for BBQ at Oklahoma Joe's at 119th & Roe (Leawood location). After we stuff ourselves full of some of the best BBQ we will plan what we are doing afterwards. We had in mind doing sort of a "cruise" around town to go get some ice cream, and find some cool places to take some photos.

I wish that I could make it out to this meet... my wifes bday is the 9th so even if I just made a road trip for it, it wouldnt go so well with the wifey lol. Good luck to all that are registered and hope the weather is good for you guys!

I just reserved my room at the Clarion and they did allow me to get the acurazine discount.
It does not include breakfast though. Guess I will just have to get drunk and sleep in through breakfast.

I detailed my car yesterday and last night we had rain followed by 70 mph winds.
My car is a wreck today. That sucks.

....I have lanyard/badgholders made up for all those who prepaid for registration, if you have your badgeholder from last year just bring it and we will update your ID and landyard with this years LOGO, I will work on getting T-shirts handed out as early after BBQ on Friday....so you can wear them for 3 days and get them smelling goooood...
