Brakemotive kit for around 150 for drilled/slotted rotors front and rear with pads. Can't beat that price. I have had no trouble with mine

Mike I have EBC rotors. Love them. They cost a little more than the BM stuff but I think that they are worth it.

 

I have been running powerslot slotted rotors since 100K miles....and i switched the front pad after 40K miles and this one is going at 60K miles....love that stuff....but powerslot rotors with hawk HPS or RB ET500 pads is gonna be like 500-ish for the set....

I thought BM stuff is crap but havent heard a single problem on the BM thread....Dave/Matt tell me that the stopping power is great....and thats why I have been thinking why spend the extra 300+ bucks?

now if you get the RacingBrake 2 piece front rotors i will be very jelly....they usually go for 700 for the front 2....

Speaking of brakes, I should be ordering my WP pro rear kit + e-brake tomorrow or the day after. Basically the same as the fronts: 13.2" rotor, 6 piston, forged calipers/ rotor hats. . Got a couple other goodies coming too ^^

There are no more motor upgrades unless I start shelling out cubic dollars. Right now I'm just finishing the brakes and fixing up a couple other parts. Ordered o-rings/grease to rebuild my ABS modulator, I'll be getting a new center console upper vent+ trim piece to replace my original that's delaminating, and also buying a new intake air temp sensor since 20 years of blowback tends to gum them up pretty bad and give faulty readings. Just little things for now. Also ordered thermal insulating gaskets/washers for the intake manifold, so the engine doesn't heat soak the intake mani and cause higher intake temps.

Ordered the rear brakes today, they're finishing the e-brake brackets this weekend, then they will release the full kit to the public. Needless to say I'll have the first "Full" kit on an NSX. ^^

 

NO MT here....ECU does all my shifting

but yeah this time the run might be a little closer....
