Stay away from this dealership. Last week I was in there to buy a TL. Sale person would not even drop anything off the price i walked. The following day the dealer contact me wanting to do a deal. Iam like ok iam ready to make the deal happen. Saleperson tell me he need to talk with his boss on the numbers. 2 days later saleperson calls me and tell me the car is sold WTF. Just complete waste of my time. I will never do business with these clowns.

Most dealers have tactics like this. You should deal with the Internet department from now on.

was this for a used or new TL?

if it was used i suspect the person who bought the car was willing to pay a little more than you were for the same car hence the delay in calling you back. it's a game and you have to play it. the dealer gives and you give a little etc in terms of price.

the better experiences i've had with sales depts has been with pohanka. no pressure sales and minimal game play. you want the car....time to play the numbers game with the sales guy. i've contacted other sales dept in the area and it was a huge turn off for me with some of the typical BS tactics.

You may want to add Radley Acura to the list. My sales person was great to deal with but the the clowns at finance department they're worthless.
