When I read DMV in the title, I thought you meant Department of Motor Vehicles

RAR
DC, Maryland, Virginia. also called DC Metro....although even in this area DMV refers to Virginia's dept of motor vehicles...
OP, These guys are mostly autobody specialists, but I have had EXCELLENT service from them every time I've used them for repairs. Havent had too much paintwork done by them so cant really speak for that, but I would give them a call:

They'll either take care of you or recommend somebody who can.

OK, if you're in the DC area and you need an auto body shop, I highly recommend Quality Auto Body in Fairfax City. It's on Draper Drive perhaps half a mile or so west of Fairfax Circle—if you go west from the circle, look for the Harley shop on your left and make a right turn at the light in front of that Harley shop (there is a propane place on the right at this intersection as well). Go up the block and look for the one-storey dark brown brick building on the left perhaps halfway up the block. I do not know whether they do touch-up painting work, though, as it might be too small of a project.
But if all you need is touch-up paint, any of the Acura dealers ought to have it. I got some at Karen Radley in Woodbridge a few years back because Radley at Bailey's Crossroads didn't have it in stock and it was faster just to drive down to Woodbridge as opposed to having some shipped.

If you only looking for touchup and don't want to do it your self. Get the paint from the dealer and take it " Details, Details, Details" in Rockville. They are expencive (in my view) but do a dam good job.
