As of now, yes. There will be a launch event, working on possibly having sponsors and shops attend for the meet the first part of the day. Then the rally attendees will have their spectated launch and run down to the inner harbor.
As soon as new info is ready, it will be immediately released as well as the registration information.
We will be in Baltimore this week to finalize a lot of the details
