which acura dealership to go to?

I have had no direct experience, but have been told that Rosenthal is pretty good, and to stay away from Tischer, and that Criswell in Annapolis is good, but that is rather far away.
I have had direct experience with Radley, Falls Church, VA and Pohanka, Chantilly, VA. Neither is great, I actually think our Toyota dealer treats us better. If I had to pick one, I get more consistent service from Pohanka, that is slightly better than Radley. Both are high priced

Honda/Acura in Dover did a balance/rotate for $49 on my G2. Excellent in/out.
Melissa, in the parts department, will sell ATF Z-1, case price, $6.05 a quart.
And they will print schematics for you, even if you are buying your parts online.
Overall, I'd give the dealership excellent marks, and if buying new,
would choose them over the other three or four I know of.
