11. Service record: Oil Changes every 5k miles with mobil1 full synthetic, transmission fluid is Redline D4 and race mix, new pressure switches, power steering recall already performed
12. If leased, provide details, such as length of lease, payoff amount, etc. Leased and payoff is 300 more than I am asking. I will pay that off the day car is purchased and title will be mailed to you or dropped off if close.
new price is 19,500. or 20k with ISC street/sport coilovers installed.
The automatic transmission has just had the fluid changed with the optimal mixture according to the forum of Redline and D4 fluid as well as all new pressure switches. Engine has always seen Mobil1 full synthetic since I bought it in aug 2012 every 5,000 miles or less, never more. My car has the black interior with no rips or tears or stains. I have been very meticulous with the maintenance and cosmetics of this car. Maintenance has been done at or before every recommended service interval, washed, waxed, clayed, and sealed regularly, and never been smoked in.

Ok guys. This is the best I can do for now. Please know that the car is filthy as I just drove to a wedding this weekend and did NOT have time to clean anything. (also very hung over and not willing to lol)
Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to clean the inside and take better pics with the DSLR
And here is the filthy trunk mat. All weather mat and I also purchased an extra net to have both sides of storage.

Damn.. what a beautiful car.. I just recently bought a WDP Type S and am HIGHLY contemplating selling it to buy this instead because it has all the mods I want already..

Ok. I haven't been pushing the sale of this because people piss me off with lowball offers so I am seriously debating pulling this FS thread. The car will always be sale for the right price but please don't offer me 16 or 15k for my car when KBB value for poor condition is 18,882 and my car is very very far from fair condition.

I understand mods are worth nothing in the used car market, but if you want to buy it stock without those mods You can get it for 18,500, if you want but, I will not go any lower.
I will include the link to prove it but my car is FAR from fair condition. The interior is 9/10 and the exterior is about an 8/10 ONLY because there is some slight hail damage on the roof. Everything else is nearly flawless.

1. The price a car is worth is ultimately decided by the buyer, or the seller if they decide to keep it because they can't get what they feel it is worth.
2. You need to decide what that price is. 15-16k is an insult i agree. Depending on the condition I'm looking to come look at it for 18K cash. You need to decide if you want to sell it, or get stuck on what you think it is worth.

I think it is worth 19,500 and the value of the car is the value of the car. Not what you or I decide it's worth. If I decide to take LESS than the value and you aren't willing to offer what it's worth. It is still WORTH what it's worth. People always want to haggle on price but I have already said the lowest I am willing to take and I can't take a cent less than that. 19,500 as it sits with all of the factory equipment I have at the point it sells. 18,500 put back to 100% stock and that way I can make my money selling all of the aftermarket parts. Please don't contact me with offers of any less.

Thank you sir. I've had some semi serious interest in the car lately and I am torn on selling it. Just so everyone knows. If you purchase the car, unfortunately you would have to wait on the title. You can get temp tags from your local DMV for driving the car home. Usually once I pay the loan off it takes roughly 24-48 hours for it to update electronically. Once that takes place I can then go to the DMV and have my title printed. Then I can sign and deliver if you are close or mail it.

The guy is coming to pick this up today. Apparently his bank is paying the lein off and my bank is sending them the title so essentially he is driving off with the title. But I've never done a sale this way.
I understand not having the title being a major issue though.
