some of this is broken down more then you guys need just because i have it listed elsewhere with the same add.

Up for grabs is an amazing 2004 Acura TL. The car is in great shape, inside and out. The TL offers a laundry list of standard features like: heated seats, power seats, duel zone climate control, auto dim rearview mirror, and list goes on. Also included on this car is Acura’s navigation system. The navi unit also comes with blue tooth technology for your cell so hands free safe driving is made easy. Also, this TL has been upgraded with several more accessories. First off, to compliment the amazing factory DVD surround sound system, it has a IPOD adapter to allow easy plug and play connection with the apple iPod, not only that, but the voice control system can be used to navigate songs on the iPod as well as control the temperature in the car, change stereo settings, dial out going phone calls and a number of other very convenient features. If you get tired of the IPod, listen to the FREE XM radio!!! Yet another compliment to the factory sound system is the 10in MTX 7500 sub and amp, allowing the music to have a full complement of highs and lows. Also included is a DVD player that plays through the factory navigation screen, great for making short work of long trips. Perhaps one of the most useful upgrades is the backup camera, which automatically turns on when the vehicle is placed into reverse. The vehicle has also been upgraded with 6000k HID headlights, allowing for even better vision at night. This TL has the factory 6 speed manual, which shifts smoothly, and allows the powerful 3.2l v6 to really show what it’s made of. Also, with the addition of the 6 speed manual, Acura installed Brembo 4 piston from calipers, that along with the vented Rotora front brakes, make the car stop as well as it goes. The outside of the car is in great shape, with only small marks on the paint from regular use. The only damage on the car is on the front bumper, a 2.5in cut caused by an inattentive truck with a tow hitch, the damage is minimal, and is hardly visible from a distance as you can see in the pictures. The wheels have been upgraded to 18x8.5in Drifz wheels. The car has received regular maintenance, and only synthetic oil has been put into the vehicle while in my possession. Please feel free to ask me any and all questions.

Hmmm, that's right around wholesale. Why not simply take it to CarMax and let them buy it from you. They may knock another thou or so off for the high mileage but it should be an easy process.

Your first post actually does not state that it's a salvaged/rebuilt title but that DOES explain why it won't bring even that low price tag. As you are no doubt discovering, rebuilt/salvage cars are VERY hard to sell. Typically only worth about 50% of the regular street value and with those high miles, you probably are "stuck" with it for the long run. You are right, neither CarMax nor any other dealership will take these in.
